I had a fantastic stay with excellent facilities like well-maintained pools and an amazing spa. The gym was perfect for keeping fit, and the self-catering was well-equipped. I'd definitely come back!

The service at the bar was painfully slow. We faced numerous wrong orders, and on one occasion, my daughter didn't receive any alcohol in her drink. The new bar manager was rude when we pointed out the issues, and it was frustrating to repeatedly ask for a simple cocktail to be made correctly.

We loved how clean and family-friendly the hotel was! The kids enjoyed the diverse entertainment and pools, especially the magical themed nights.

I personally found the 'full English' breakfast a bit mundane. Plus, I ran into a minor hiccup with ants in the room. while they dealt with it quickly, the temporary solution left the place smelling like bug spray, not ideal for a good night's sleep. All in all, a few kinks prevent this spot from being perfect.

hoposa was fantastic! we loved the large training pool, perfect for laps, and the location is awesome, just a short walk to the beach and restaurants. the staff were incredibly friendly, especially the reception team who were super helpful with everything, even during our flight cancellation. great family vibes!
